Recharge Funding and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system to deliver text messages to you about the company. Company text messages are intended to provide you with information about the company (including products and services), as well as to send reminders and/or follow-up on in-process applications and inquiries.
Message frequency will vary. You will receive a maximum of 20 text messages per week. Recharge Funding reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Recharge Funding also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with company text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please refer to your mobile telephone carrier for pricing), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Recharge Funding does not impose a separate fee for sending company text messages.
To stop receiving text messages, text the keyword STOP to the five-digit short code for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive the message (i.e., the five-digit number from which the text messages are being sent). After texting STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out request. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that Recharge Funding and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests.
Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Recharge Funding, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. In the event that you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you agree to notify Recharge Funding by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-888-507-1921 or by email at customerservice@rechargefunding.com
You agree to indemnify Recharge Funding in full for all claims, expenses and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify the company if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
You agree to Recharge Funding’s Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or change our messaging program at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service to you if we believe you are in breach of our terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to change these Messaging Terms at any time and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
